VietRide is a B2B2C intercity transport platform. The passenger app brings trip discovery, seat booking, payment, digital tickets, parcel delivery and live journey tracking into one mobile experience.
From booking to arrival, in one passenger flow.
The passenger app is the B2C side of a larger transport platform. It has to connect trip search, passenger and seat selection, one-way or round-trip booking, payment, digital tickets, parcel shipment and live trip visibility without making each feature feel like a separate product.
The hard part is continuity, not another screen.
A booking can move through seat selection, vouchers, wallet or VNPay, pending-payment recovery, ticket issuance and then live tracking. Parcel bookings have their own shipment state. I treated those state transitions as one continuous journey so the user always knows what happened, what is next and where to continue.
